1 Introduction

tb99 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under an international gaming licence and made available to eligible players in Bangladesh. 3 Account Registration

Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or at different points in time — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tb99 uses a combination of identity data, device fingerprinting, IP address monitoring, and payment method matching to identify duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid email address, and active mobile number. You must promptly notify tb99 of any changes to this information by contacting support.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your account. Any wagers placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested from your account are deemed to be your own actions unless you have reported a compromise of your account to tb99 support before those actions occurred.

3.4 Account Dormancy

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. tb99 will contact the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. The applicable dormancy fee and the minimum balance threshold below which no fee is charged are published in the tb99 Help Centre and may be updated from time to time.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

tb99 is obligated under its international gaming licence to operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players wishing to make a withdrawal must complete KYC verification. tb99 may also require verification at any earlier stage, including at the point of registration or when a player's cumulative deposit exceeds a specified threshold.

4.1 Required Documents

Bangladeshi players will typically be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Passport — bio-data page

5 Deposits

tb99 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits funded from a payment account belonging to a person other than the registered player — are strictly prohibited.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6 Withdrawals

7 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed registration on the tb99 platform.

8.3 Cancellations and Voids

• Colluding with other players in casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing wagers on the basis of non-public information

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the tb99 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, user interface designs, graphics, logos, text, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of tb99 or its licensed game and content providers. This content is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tb99 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the platform. Unauthorised use of tb99's intellectual property will be pursued vigorously.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tb99's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

14 Amendments to These Terms

tb99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the tb99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
